Childhood memories

Of mother’s dream

Walks in pace

With grandmother’s gleam

Of jealousy to race

In front of my stream

Of consciousness

My essence unseen

Struggles to believe

In the place before

This human weave

In lessons of lore

Where I could grieve

In nothingness

Hope hurries ahead

Of passion’s sorrow

To repair the dead

Soul of tomorrow

Who’s truth bled

On those who borrowed

From selfishness
